My Eclectic Wonder

A poem.
My home isn’t white or clean,
Perfectly organized or sparse,
Instead, it's filled with colorful things,
Feels lived in and beloved.
All the plants and pictures,
Make my home seem alive.
The mirror makes my space seem bigger,
And help me remember to smile.
All my books keep me well-cultured,
And remind me to pursue my dreams.
The memorabilia lets me cherish the past,
And think fondly of the old me.
My home isn’t white or clean,
Perfectly organized or sparse,
Instead, it’s a representation of me,
In all my eclectic wonder.
